Site Proposals The development of Phase 3 Mill Bridge seeks to provide a range of dwelling sizes and types to foster a strong and balanced community. The site will be accessed via Hydepark Road, through the first and second phase of Mill Bridge. For the purposes of this consultation an indicative Site Layout Plan has been prepared and is illustrated at Figure 7.
