Housing Mix The proposed dwellings are designed to be in keeping with the surrounding site context and will continue the high-quality style and finish as delivered through Phase 1 and 2. The dwellings will range from between large family homes (4 and 5 bed detached and semi-detached) through to homes suitable for smaller families and first-time buyers accommodation (2 & 3 bed detached, semi detached, townhouse and apartments), as set out in the Tables below.
