INTRODUCTION Artemis Human Capital was established in 2014 as a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in Executive Search and Professional recruitment. We have a proven track record in placing business critical roles and targeting passive candidates. Over the last few years, we have grown significantly and recently secured Private Equity investment in order to facilitate further expansion into new geographies. Our growth has been shaped by client demand and it has led us to form two separate divisions within the company; Artemis Executive Search (retained assignments) and Artemis Professional Recruitment (contingent). We recognise that the search process required differs, according to the seniority of a role, and that the search methodologies and the teams operating across these divisions are not one and the same. What does remain the same across all parts of the business is our culture, mission and values. We operate a high-performance culture and truly believe that our people are our strongest asset. We take time to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ requirements and our candidates career aspirations. ABOUT US Artemis Professional Recruitment We have vast expertise across accountancy, finance, legal and tech recruitment. Our recruitment consultants are experts within their field, having deep sector knowledge of their specialist areas and have worked within their local market for many years. Within our professional recruitment division, we have over 70 years’ experience within the local market. Our Finance division is comprised of two teams split between Qualified Finance and Non-Qualified finance. We partner with a vast array of businesses from PLC, SME to Start up and on countless occasions placed an entire finance team ranging from Finance Director, Financial Controller, and all transactional finance staff. Due to our unique make up and level of expertise and longevity in the market, it is often the case that our candidates become our clients which is testament to our customer service levels. We have a long-established legal division with expertise in all practice areas and proven success at all levels from legal support through to equity partner. We believe it is essential to have an extensive network and understanding particularly within this profession in order to attract the best talent to the market. Our IT, Digital & Tech division is founded on a blend of significant understanding of the local recruitment market, and a high level of experience recruiting within the Digital & Tech sector across numerous global geographies. Our established networks position us to support some of NI’s leading employers with IT, Digital & Tech requisitions.

We have an ever-growing Talent Community in Northern Ireland, with a reach across Software, Networks & Infrastructure, Big Data, Project Delivery & Business Change, Cyber/Security. This enables our clients to access a large pool of candidates who might otherwise not be visible in the marketplace. We offer Contingency, Retained, and RPO service provision and have successfully been embedded with our clients to provide Consultation, Employer Branding, and successful Talent Attraction during periods of scale and hypergrowth. Our Business Services division specialises in the recruitment of Operations professionals from Sales, Marketing, Office Managers, Operations Managers, and support staff. Covering all levels and assisting a range of NI based clients from SME’s, Start-ups, Global FDIs, and multi-national corporate clients. With a lot of Operations roles playing instrumental parts in being the face and voice of the company across branding, sales, and support we believe it is crucial to ensure that the right hires are made in these roles. Our HR division specialises in the recruitment of HR & Talent professionals from Administrator to Director level across Industry & Consultancy markets. In recent years the demand for HR &Talent Professionals has grown exponentially. The war on talent wages strong and human capital planning is a priority for most business; therefore, this is key for our HR Division to network and deliver the best talent to our clients. The demand for HR Talent is at the forefront of companies across Northern Ireland as a key requirement to drive change, growth, and sustainability, we successfully assist clients with this growing demand. Artemis Executive Search Artemis Executive Search is reserved for business critical and senior level positions. What sets us apart are our networks and our methodologies. When working on a retained assignment we effectively become an extension to our clients business and take a true partnership approach. Artemis Human Capital’s Executive Search division work in partnership with a range of businesses across the UK and Ireland to source the best talent for senior and business critical appointments. We operate as an extension of your business to deliver exceptional results in the search for top senior level talent.

We understand that to effectively source for business-critical roles, it requires a deep knowledge and understanding of your business both commercially and culturally in order to get it right first time. We help you to attract, recruit and retain top talent in order to realise your business objectives. Working with you and your team we will gain a strong understanding of the role, it’s function and contribution within the wider organisation. We will gain additional insight into the company – in areas such as Values, Mission, Corporate goals etc. so that we build a strong set of USP’s and market the role effectively to the right candidates. We thoroughly explore the

perspective of decision makers and devise a personality profile by the use of a human job analysis as well as anecdotal insights. This ensures we source a pool of talent that fit from both a skills and behavioural perspective. This is a key part of the process – it gets us off on the right footing, ensures your team are aligned and allows us to properly offer candidates a clear vision of what’s on offer. BUILDING THE PROFILE OF THE ROLE

We create a profile using a Human Job Analysis (HJA) in collaboration with the client. This entails a series of questions which will build a DISC profile which we will use to measure shortlisted candidates against when they complete a Personality Profile Assessment (PPA). This is useful in providing commentary around the person we are looking to appoint. DEVISING THE JOB DESCRIPTION We will work as an extension of your business to create a job description and person specification and manage the application/ interview process.

OUR SEARCH PROCESS Through a combination of search and selection and employer branding we identify and compile an inventory of potentially suitable candidates - the long list. We take time to consider the size and scale of businesses and geographical locations and subsequently take a deep dive in to the candidates profile in light of the client brief. “Using extensive research methodologies and tapping in to our extensive network and database we ensure each project is tailored and bespoke to our clients requirements. From this we perform due diligence in conjunction with our researchers and make a direct approach to the target candidate. Once engaged with a target candidate we meet with them in order to perform preliminary assessment on their suitability as well as divulge further information about the role and the company. We will complete personality profiling to ensure alignment with the Human Job Analysis and client brief.” EMPLOYER BRANDING/ MARKETING We create bespoke advertisement campaigns for each and every role that we work on at Artemis. These are specifically tailored to attract the best talent for the role based on the job specification. At Artemis, recruitment marketing is created in-house by our Marketing

and Communications Coordinator - who will use strategic methods to place these adverts in front of the right candidates. We work directly with the client on branding and imagery to best sell the culture and environment that they offer. We also work with an external marketing agency to prepare bespoke Google campaigns and sponsored advertisements on social media. ARTEMIS HUMAN CAPITAL CANDIDATE ENGAGEMENT Each candidate will be sent a briefing pack for their role in advance of their interview. This briefing pack will provide an overview of the job description, person specification, process and potentially an organisational chart. We spend time getting to know our candidates in terms of their industry experience, skills and overall fit as well as gaining a thorough understanding of their career aspirations, motivations, and drivers. It is important to us that we find the right person for your organisation and equally that this is the best fit for them. In order to do this, we rely on more than a CV using Personality Profile Assessments (Thomas International) to get a better understanding of key behaviours.
