Accountancy & Finance Our Accountancy & Finance division is structured into two specialist teams: Part Qualified Finance and Transactional Finance. Our Executive Search Consultants are accredited by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) and hold formal certifications in Executive Research. BUILDING THE PROFILE OF THE ROLE In collaboration with you, we conduct a Human Job Analysis (HJA) — a structured series of questions designed to create a DISC profile for the role. This profile acts as a guide when assessing shortlisted candidates alongside a Personality Profile Assessment (PPA), offering valuable insight into their fit for the role. DEVISING THE JOB DESCRIPTION Acting as an extension of your business, we develop a tailored job description and person specification, while managing the entire application and interview process from start to finish.
