Accountancy & Finance Our Accountancy & Finance division is structured into two specialist teams: Part Qualified Finance and Transactional Finance. We partner with a diverse range of businesses, from PLC’s and SME’s to start-ups. On countless occasions we have placed entire finance teams ranging from Finance Director, Financial Controller through to all levels of transactional finance staff. Legal Our Legal division is long-established, built on years of sector-specific experience and a strong network of legal professionals, enabling us to deliver effectively at all levels, from legal support through to Equity Partner. Our Executive Search Consultants are accredited by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) and hold formal certifications in Executive Research. Each consultant is extensively trained in a suite of psychometric and aptitude assessments. Supported by a dedicated in-house research function, we combine industry knowledge, competitor mapping, and market intelligence to uncover, engage, and attract top-tier talent. Acting as an extension of your business, we co-create Human Job Analyses, job descriptions, person specifications, and tailored employer branding assets, giving candidates a clear, compelling view of the opportunity and your organisation. BUILDING THE PROFILE OF THE ROLE In collaboration with you, we conduct a Human Job Analysis (HJA) — a structured series of questions designed to create a DISC profile for the role. This profile acts as a guide when assessing shortlisted candidates alongside a Personality Profile Assessment (PPA), offering valuable insight into their fit for the role. DEVISING THE JOB DESCRIPTION Acting as an extension of your business, we develop a tailored job description and person specification, while managing the entire application and interview process from start to finish.
OUR SEARCH PROCESS We combine targeted search and selection with strategic employer branding to identify and compile a long list of potential candidates. We carefully consider the size, scale, and geographical location of businesses and conduct a thorough review of each candidate’s profile methodologies and drawing on our extensive network and database, we tailor each project to our clients’ specific requirements.
