OUR SEARCH PROCESS Through a combination of search and selection and employer branding, we identify and compile an inventory of potentially suitable candidates - the long list. We take time to consider the size and scale of businesses and geographical locations, and subsequently take a deep dive into the candidate’s profile in light of the client brief. Using extensive research methodologies and tapping in to our extensive network and database, we ensure each project is tailored and bespoke to our clients’ requirements. From this, we perform due diligence in conjunction with our researchers and make a direct approach to the target candidate. Once engaged with a target candidate, we meet with them in order to perform a preliminary assessment of their suitability as well as divulge further information about the role and the company. We will complete personality profiling to ensure alignment with the Human Job Analysis and client brief. EMPLOYER BRANDING/ MARKETING We create bespoke advertisement campaigns for each and every role that we work on at Artemis. These are specifically tailored to attract the best talent for the role based on the job specification. At Artemis, recruitment marketing is created in-house by our Marketing

and Communications Executive - who will use strategic methods to place these adverts in front of the right candidates. We work directly with the client on branding and imagery to best sell the culture and environment that they offer. We also work with an external marketing agency to prepare bespoke Google campaigns and sponsored advertisements on social media. ARTEMIS HUMAN CAPITAL CANDIDATE ENGAGEMENT Each candidate will be sent a briefing pack for their role in advance of their interview. This briefing pack will provide an overview of the job description, person specification, process, and potentially an organisational chart. We spend time getting to know our candidates in terms of their industry experience, skills, and overall fit, as well as gaining a thorough understanding of their career aspirations, motivations, and drivers. It is important to us that we find the right person for your organisation and equally that this is the best fit for them. In order to do this, we rely on more than a CV, using Personality Profile Assessments (Thomas International) to get a better understanding of key behaviours.
