BUILDING THE PROFILE OF THE ROLE We create a profile using a Human Job Analysis (HJA) in collaboration with the client. This entails a series of questions that will build a DISC profile, which we will use to measure shortlisted candidates against when they complete a Personality Profile Assessment (PPA). This is useful in providing commentary around the person we are looking to appoint. DEVISING THE JOB DESCRIPTION We will work as an extension of your business to create a job description and person specification and manage the application/ interview process.
