GDPR The General Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR) apply to all organisations and companies processing or holding information relating to an individual that can be used to directly or indirectly identify the person. The primary goal of this legislation is to promote best practice information governance and provide more control to data subjects over their personal data.

Ensure you have approval for use of any photographs or videos and ensure that all content is accurate. See consent form p13. Make sure you’re complying with the new GDPR regulations!

Media Evaluation is important – keep track of media coverage, this will be useful for your reporting. Send us copies or links to your coverage so that we can share and promote the positive impact of your project further.
