BAR 29. Intoxicating Liquor shall be sold or supplied at such hours as the Council may from time to time determine, provided that, at all times, these hours are within the hours as laid down in the Registration of Clubs (Northern Ireland) Order 1996. The Council may shorten these hours from time to time should they deem it necessary. A statement of the hours during which Intoxicating Liquor may be supplied on the premises shall be exhibited, printed in plain type, in a conspicuous part of the Club premises. The Council may extend the hours on special occasions, not exceeding 52 annually, provided that at least 7 days notice of their intention to make such extension shall be given to the Sub Divisional Commander of the Police Service of Northern Ireland and provided that written authority has been received from him or her. Intoxicating Liquors shall not be sold or supplied to any person under 18 years of age. Intoxicating Liquor shall not be sold or supplied toMembers of the Club for consumption outside the premises of the Club except where the liquor is supplied in such quantities and during such hours, being hours within the permitted hours and on such days as the Sub-Divisional Commander of The Police Service of Northern Ireland aforesaid may authorise in writing. A visitor shall not be supplied with Intoxicating Liquor in the Club premises unless on the invitation and in the company of a Member. 30. No member of the Council and no Manager or staff employed in the Club shall have any personal interest in the sale of intoxicating liquors therein or in the profits arising from such sale.
