Reporting incidents that have led, or may lead, to injury or damages. Adhering to Company procedures for securing a safe workplace.

Assisting in the investigation of accidents with the objective of introducing measures to prevent a recurrence. Fire Safety - As far as is reasonably practicable, all steps shall be taken by Platinum to prevent or minimise the probability of all causes of fire. Platinum recognises the need to take precautions to maintain the safety of all employees, visitors, contractors and connected businesses against the threat of fire or other emergency. Platinum further implements proper systems to deal with a potential fire and regularly maintains and tests these systems to ensure that they are adequate. The objectives of this policy are • To safeguard all persons from death or injury in the event of fire by effective management of fire safety; • To minimise the risk of fire and to limit fire spread; • To minimise the potential for fire to disrupt services, damage buildings and equipment, or harm the environment. Anti-corruption and bribery policy - It is our policy to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery and corruption. We remain bound by UK laws, including the Bribery Act 2010, in respect of our conduct both at home and abroad. Reimbursement of Expenses - This applies to the reimbursement of expenses incurred by employees when engaged on Company business. These guidelines are designed to provide for the reimbursement of reasonable out-of- pocket expenses wholly, exclusively, necessarily and actually incurred by an employee engaged on the lawful business of the Company.
