This information will help provide a speedy and efficient response. For each type of repair, some technical information is given. There are also a number of drawings, which might be helpful for you to refer to. The information in the shaded boxes is important and it would assist greatly if you could provide it when reporting your repairs. It is impossible to give a complete checklist to all the areas covered and those raised in this booklet are intended as a guide. Please don’t be afraid to give any other information you think will be helpful.
