development at Queens Parade is part of ambitious and exciting plans to redevelop Bangor seafront over the next 10 years and help re-establish Bangor as a thriving city and prime visitor attraction in Northern Ireland. This investment will transform Queen’s Parade and create a premier public waterfront space that embraces Bangor’s rich heritage and paves the way in securing its future. The proposed development seeks to transform the wider Queen’s Parade and marina area with the development of a hotel, retail, office, community, cultural and recreational space, in addition to eateries, a residential development as well as the creation of new public squares and courtyards.
