IRELAND GIRLS U18 7S SQUAD

Vicki Graham (Clogher Valley), Brittany Hogan (Ballynahinch), Vicky Irwin (Armagh) and Neve Jones (Malone) have been selected in the Ireland U18 Girls 7s training squad. Vicki (front row, far left), Brittany (back row, third from right), Vicky (front row, far right) and Neve (front row, third from right) will train with the squad over the summer before a final panel is selected to represent Ireland in the FIRA U18 Tournament in Berlin early next season. The girls were selected following the recent Inter-provincial 7s blitz held at DCU. Female Rugby continues to grow in the province, with over 60 teams competing in this season’s Danske Bank Schools’ Cup and over 20 girls youth sections at clubs accross Ulster.
