Rivenwood Phase 3 Proposal
Benefitting the Community The development of part of Phase 3 of the wider Rivenwood development will not only provide the area with new, high quality family homes, but will provide significant short and long-term economic benefits to the local community as outlined below: • The proposal represents a significant £25m investment by Fraser Houses in the Newtownards area; • The proposals will continue to support 100 construction jobs on-site and provide ongoing employment for a further 10 years; • The development of c.190 No. dwellings would represent increased rates payments to Ards and North Down Borough Council; and • The proposals will provide new quality residential homes in a variety of types and sizes to accommodate a range of families.
