That the Membership subscriptions for Intermediate Members aged between 25 and 29 be a percentage (increasing with age of the Intermediate Member) of the Associate Members’ subscriptions applying as of 1st November each year, as follows: Age as of 1st November % of Associate Members’ Subscriptions 25 years 60% 26 years 70% 27 years 80% 28 years 90% 29 years 100%. The Membership subscriptions for Junior Members aged up to 17 years will be 15% of the Resident Members’ subscriptions applying as of 1st November each year. 1. Intermediate Members and Junior Tennis Members aged under 25 years on 1st November in each year, be given the option of paying a social charge equivalent to that payable by Resident Members. Any balance of social charge left unused will not be subject to retention by the Club until the Intermediate Member becomes subject to paragraph 2 below. 2. Intermediate Members aged 25 and over on 1st November in each year, shall pay a social charge equivalent to that payable by the Resident Members. Subject as follows, any balance of the Social Charge left unused at the end of the relevant Membership year shall be retained by the Club. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no part of any top up of the Social Charge shall be subject to write off.
