PATRICK KELLY CEng MIMechE HSEQ Director Patrick has been with PDE for 13 years, starting as Project Engineer, quickly rising to the positions of Senior Engineer, Associate Director and ultimately Director. For the past 10 years Patrick has led the engineering team for one of PDE’s key accounts, BP Oil. Patrick also has a strong knowledge and expansive experience of health, safety and environmental management. Hence he has assumed the role of HSEQ champion within PDE.

Operations Director Robin has been with

Project Design Engineers since 1999 and during that time he has successfully led projects in Oil Storage and Distribution Terminals, Power Stations, Utilities and the Food & Drink industries. Robin assumed the role of Operations Director in 2013, affording him the opportunity to oversee all of the company’s projects at an Operational level whilst still lending some of the vast experience he has gained over the years, as needed.

Electrical Engineer with over 25 years’ experience. His career with PDE began over 19 years ago, progressing from Project Engineer through to his current position of Company Director. Ken has overall responsibility for the Finance function of the business. Whilst often occupied with various corporate management duties, Ken still has a very ‘hands-on’ approach when it comes to supporting and managing various project teams.
