TEAM LEADERS ARE EXPECTED TO:

 Ensure you keep machinery, tools & materials in good order and working areas are left clean & tidy at the end of every shift.  Ensure appropriate cover is available before time off is approved.  Carry out reviews & assessments.  Ensure team members are clocking in and out at start & end of the day and logging time against chargeable tasks throughout the working day.  Effectively allocate tasks to their team, ensure the requirements for each job are understood and expectations are clear.  Ensure job bags are accurately followed by team members and actioned accordingly; any queries should be raised with the Team Leader.
