Tremco SX301 Unispec Fast Set Latex Smoothing Underlayment Tremco SX301 (formerly Treadfast Unispec Sx-1) is a fast setting cement based smoothing product. Tremxo SX301 has been designed for use in domestic, light commercial and industrial environments as an underlayment, prior to application of carpet, wood and vinyl flooring. Benefits • May accept foot traffic after approximately 90 minutes. • A low cost viable option in flooring installations • Protein free and so can be used in biologically sensitive areas • Extremely low odour with no unpleasant ammonia smell • It is easy to mix and apply and a smooth surface is produced
