Loft Ladders A ladder in natural wood (FSC Certified). Complete with insulated, draught-proof hatch and timber frame. Spring hatch mechanism for effortless lowering. Safety features include handrail and rubber feet. Ladder folds in sections behind the loft hatch so no clearance is necessary. Can withstand weights of up to 150kg. Ladder may be adjusted to fit ceiling heights up to 265cm. Extendable to approx 2.8m.
