Clear Dry Ink adds shine to lighter CMYK colors and makes them pop. To maximize the effect of adding Clear Dry Ink to your design, make sure to place your clear objects on top of or next to light colors. Clear Dry Ink dulls the appearance of metallics , whether they are spot Gold and Silver or iridescent hues.

Clear Dry Ink can be used for both spot and flood needs.

The press will limit the amount of Clear Dry Ink that is used in high-density areas. This may mean that you will see more shine in lighter areas – like the lips in the photo above – than in dark areas, like the glasses.
